I think its going to be a waste of time, trying to educate you,
London is different from Kampala

It has different problems, like population size, social structure and other
things you should know

Please don't compare oranges and apples, no one has said this is going to
prevent crime, I have simply stated, they won't get away easily, by the
way, even those terrorists who hit Kampala, were picked up easily, not all,
but most
