I am in the weird situation where I can access the secure sites of both
banks that I use using either browser, that of Telstra only by using
Netscape and that of my Credit Union only by using MSIE. It took over six
months and lots of chivvying before the Credit Union finally made its site
accessible at all for MacOS users. It appears that MSIE for Mac is to a
considerable extent Crippleware compared to the corresponding MSIE for
windows.
