You could grab the demo and try it out.  It is fully functional but
launch limited.

BBEdit doesn't support STDIN.  It isn't something we intend to do now
since MacPerl provides a working console.  That priority may change
going forward depending on customer feedback, etc., so if you need it
make sure you let support know.
