FWIW, whenever I need to execute a Perl script from BBEdit to act
interactively, I hit cmd-R.  To execute from BBEdit and get the output back
in BBEdit, I hit cmd-shift-R.  These are mapped to "Run in MacPerl" and
"Run" respectively.
