Well, heck. whc.ca was a candidate as one outbound message to the entire list counted as only one message -- not the number of people on the list. But if they are limiting each list to 500 people, that does not work.
Was also considering ChemiCloud, but they had not yet responded to me -- so per below I guess they are out. Hmmm... I want (but do not need) a website, and I NEED a few fully hosted email addresses... This all complicates the decision making (email addresses and maybe website) but EMWD and mailmanlists.net look attractive otherwise if I can overcome those issues.
