You can also get the .pck file from Dreamhost by asking for a full account backup (panel-> Billing & Account -> Manage Account -> Create a Backup (button at top right). It can take several hours before they email you with a download URL. That download page will offer you separate links to a bunch of stuff. You want to focus on the "DiscussionList" parts that are probably near the top of the page they sent you the URL for. Look for file names ending in config.pck.gz However the .pck filer is not human readable. Well ok, if you are super motivated you can pick out the names & emails, but that's not the easy way. If you just want the email addresses, not names, that's pretty easy. Go to your List info page, view the subscriber list, copy/paste. However- if you also need the names associated with the email addresses, that appears impossible from the web interface. But it is actually easy if you know how. . This works in MailMan v 2.1.39 and probably other versions. I learned it today from a previous email to this group dated 2/21/2023 from Odhiambo Washington. Email Send an empty email to your list's request service. For example: To: [email protected] Subject: who ADMINPASSWORD Replace 'ADMINPASSWORD' with your actual administrator password. It will email you back a list of your members name AND email addresses.
