ZAC it opens 3 injectors at each firing pulse so you disable 1 from each group
of three and you have 4 cylinders worth It is not a sequential system which
squirts in order. each cylinder gets two squirts of petrol for each firing.so
there is a charge of fuel waiting for the inlet valve to open this also helps
keep valves cool. For more info have a look at the manual
