Firstly, I have found BP pre-mixed coolant to be very good and long lasting
without breakdown in Datto's. It is expensive but keeps the system like
new. Is there a reason for using a 30-70W oil in the Z18? I think it is a
way too thick and may cause you more problems than it solves especially as
you said with the turbo bearing clearances that are designed for use with
15-40W oil.

just on the oil side of things...I plan to run 30-70w oil in my z18 but i
have a turbo off a ca18 which runs really thin oil...Would the 30-70w oil
effect the turbo at all....I doubt it but not real sure??
