Bundy tubing is steel hydraulic line coated with an anti corrosive.

I'd be using Bundy then for DIY brake lines as steel is a real err ....
difficult stuff to do tight bends without the right gear. Someone gave us
some useful tips on how to do it a while back which I've surely filed in my
useful tech tips so Andrew if you want me to find it I'm happy to look it up
for you.
