yeah the panel beater who came to look at my car said 'yeah she is good and straight, no other work to do here except rub her back for the paint" the guy i bought her off had done the masaging etc for me.

should go back to bare metal for a top finish. (My car is in original
(Japan) factory baked enamel which is still in very good condition). His
recommendation was a definitely dont rub it right back, as the paint base is
in good condition and the panels are straight. He says you are only
encouraging rust going back to bare metal, why remove a perfectly good
protection?
