Cracked clear or crazy crack or crows feet is caused from being in a hurry to paint your car and not letting the undercoat dry. Sprayputty also causes this most of the time . I painted my C110 coupe two years ago with acrylic (met blue) and sprayed 2pac clear over it as soon as i finshed putting the color on. That was two years ago,no it was three years ago and it is 100% OK Today.(apart from a couple of spots of rust I should have blasted but couldnt get hold of one the day I found I needed it. Since the paint was a one off it will be getting racing stripe's with a difference, anyone remember starsy and hutch?
