Yep, that si PSI, I must admit I really don't understand the question! My understanding is that you want to run a high volume pump, say to swirl pot and then run a high pressure pump to the EFI, Is this correct? (I have expanded on you question, the more info we have, the better we can help!) If so, no you don't have to run a reg. Generally reg's are only used to regulate the pressure, not the volume.
