I agree that everyone has a right to an opinion and view of history,
but some opinions and views are more correct than others,
notwithstanding that the history I was talking about is recent history
for which some very real hard evidence exists.  It does not rest
wholly on faulty and biased memory.

Then best sit down and rest your mind a bit rather than attempting a
critical analysis, don't you think?   I'm not an economist either, but
much of what I'm talking about is common sense and the information is
easily available to all.

No, to be honest, I didn't think of that because it's only true for
those sufficiently insufficient to get into a boat or move to higher
ground.  This is also why we are also caretakers ... to watch over
those unable to care for themselves.

Aye, I'm sure they will.  You and I have disagreed before as to the
status and ability of women in the modern day world and I can't see
that anything has changed.   Women can and do stand shoulder to
shoulder and back to back with men in our 'enlightened' world and
while they still get paid less for it, parity is in process.
