20 minutes is an estimate, sometimes it takes longer to happen. Usually
if I go out for lunch it has frozen by the time I get back. It also
seems to be happening more often now than it did when I first upgraded.

I'm in a room with 6 other (Windows) PCs and as far as I know they 
haven't had any power spike problems. I also don't have any problems
with my Lucid laptop when it's plugged in here.

Yep, it's fully up to date.

I've been trying to avoid that, but that's probably the next thing I'll
have to try.
