Hi Mark, to me that sounds like hardware issue. Does the system hangs on random intervals, even when someone is using it?
For starters, running memtest overnight may give some answers. Also, one could run ssh session on it before the 20 min period and see what gives. If logs are empty, I would suspect hardware - MB or memory. Had a similar case soon, no errors logged, machine hangs on random intervals. Two sequential runs of memtest produced 1000+ errors and 0, respectively. It was MB defect. Maybe you experience similar one. --- George
