there is a common belief amongst the so called experts that they get
frustrated with people who may not know as much, and also their egos
stretch to unbelievable heights. the good thing about the cf community
is that i rarely see this. the cf community really seems to be there
to help people no matter what their experience level, or questions.

people giving advice also need to learn to take it and not be too
hostile - not mentioned any names (j), and the so called experts need
understand that cultures are different and the nature of people is
different, and that sometimes advice may not get across in the way
that it is meant.

i understand having seen your response chris that i misread the
intention of your message. having seen the following statements to
what i thought was 1 last question about the service name 'Why don't
you just give it a try? ', and 'You will never achieve a deep
understanding having others tell you what the answer' and 'I can tell
you from experience that you will feel better
about learning than getting spoon fed!' - my reaction was to believe
that i was being patronized by someone who was getting frustrated.
this led my reaction

i do appreciate the help that you gave me, and have always appreciated
the help of the cf community, but i also like people to treat people
as they like to be treated themselves regardless of cf knowledge
level. therefore some additional responses in this post were
unnecassary and need to think on both sides of the coin

having said all this, chris i am grateful for your reponses in helping
me understand this issue, and apologize for the tone of my response,
it was merely a mis-understanding.
