Just for the record, your two points are the way I see, it if I were
not trying to accomodate Bo's view of Level 4 as SOM.

3 and 4 represent one (human) cultural level, based thorughout on a
self-conscious view of the world (SOMism), dominated by tradition and
authority at the low end and led at its cutting edge by MoQ (and
similar enligtened thinking) at the other.
