SA,

I watch the wind move through the leaves and feel the the breeze move across my face. I marvel at the delicate softness of my little dogs tummy while I scratch it. Small things. Tiny things. Miniscule things. It might be interesting if I danced the words across the back of your hand, but otherwise I don't think you'd care much.

What exactly do you want?

Marsha

Horse,

Why? After everything that has happened here, with all the pleas about Platt and Arlo for one and the biggest one I've known of since I've been here? Isn't this real time experiences, in real time philosophies, ways, clashing? Morals have been introduced and instead of thought-experiments it seems we find a real event that is happening, the real world so to speak, the one I've written about here for years, from my job, my wife, my emotional experiences in the past, the REAL WORLD, not these virtual thought experiments, but something actually happening, why politics can be interesting on this forum at times for it's something happening in the real world instead of having our heads in the clouds with no impact, no extended version of what our thoughts are doing in the real world. This is something I've found very lacking here on the forum. People refrain from discussing what they actually do, what they strive in real life, this becomes a playground where thoughts are trapped and killed into the archives. What about something that's really happening? What is your fear about the real world? If they all want to argue it out, then they can, nobody is stopping them, and nobody says they have to respond. Now if somebody would go on and on about something without any responses from those involved and begin to demean them and say nasty lies without any kind of defense coming back to argue or deny, and still somebody goes on with the trash talking while everybody has let the person go and not tried to engage them, then maybe you might want to step in, but why so fast this time? So many people here have experiences tied into their discussions that they don't share on this forum. Maybe this forum is the brain in the vat going nowhere, maybe not... I wonder sometimes.

Mark, David and Anthony

I don't want a flare up of the previous arguments so
could you please
take this discussion off-line.

Cheers

below the belt, even for you. My family didn't enjoy
reading the first instance: ...As a matter of fact I was
not driving my mother to and from hospital three times a
week. Never have done. I was driving her to Halton General
Hospital once a week... You did not ask my permission to
mention this matter or consider its inappropriateness. My
family and i found the context bit off. ...I did not
informed you of my mothers death. I don't have any
contact with you. ...So, i suppose it may be tough luck on
my part that someone like you can try to use love to
undermine and discredit me in some sense? ...But it
can't work for a reason completely unconnected with the
death of my mother: it doesn't matter how a fact is
stated; if it is so then that's that.

around the time of your mother's death you were
slandering Anthony here with charges of plagiarism, I asked
him why you were being such an asshole. Ant defended you. He
explained that you were in the process of grieving, that you
really aren't so bad and he said I should cut you some
slack. He's been way more than fair, even compassionate
toward you and now you're attacking for it. You're
calling him a liar because he got the mileage wrong when he
was DEFENDING YOU!? Clearly, you don't deserve an inch
of slack and I'm done giving it to you. Dude,
seriously, what the hell is wrong with you? You act as if
you WANT people to hate you. A non-stop stream of anger and
hostility has been pouring out of you for as long as I can
remember. Jesus, don't you ever get tired of it?
