Quite wrong.  DQ is UNpatterned.
You're just dogmatically repeating Dan's error without considering my answer; 
(to wit):
On the one side, we have the discussion & on the other side,
we have what is being discussed (e.g., DQ).
The discussion is always "intellectual static quality"; what is being
discussed can be any of the 4 levels of PoVs or (per example) DQ.
To declare that both sides must be "intellectual static quality"
is to "mistake the moon for the finger pointing to it".
