Ron, I like your positioning of morals with values with static
endurance to be links in what is good, as opposed to right and wrong.
So what staticly endures has to do with dynamic linkage, thus, static
patterns upon a certain level further refresh themselves and endure.
It's tough to comprehend, as I write this now, how an oxygen molecule
can be closer to dynamic quality than say the toaster oven, but then
again notice which one is still around in abundance.
What could possible be considered refreshing, creative, and dynamic
about an oxygen molecule's experience?

The one time I was in a sweat lodge, I remember it was all about this,
of cleansing mind and body
I remember being very uncomfortable at first I looked at it as an
endurance experience, when
I did'nt think I could take much more I began to relax, something broke,
something happened.
The chanting was not irritating anymore and the heat ceased to be
suffocating. When it was over
And I emerged into the air, I felt light as a feather clean and free..we
jumped into the creek
nearby. The feeling of being naked in the streamwas the most natural I
ever felt. I remember
Putting my cloths back on seemed unatural and uncomfortable I remember
sleeping well that night.
Sometimes I think I forgot what it is to be well, you know? Just that
feeling that
