Only one person has been mayor of Minneapolis for the
past seven years and can represent the city to the
Airports Commission and NWA. To expect a private
citizen, even one who has been a leader in citizens'
groups dealing with airport noise issues, to have
"solved" the airport noise issue is quite
disingenuous.
