Why stop at drug dealers? Lets use cameras to catch jaywalkers, people in the
warehouse district that urinate in on the street, people smoking withing 25
feet of air ducts outside buildings, people who ride bikes without helmets
(might not be a law but why not make it one, either that or we could just send
them a little reminder), people who take 2 star trib's out of a paper box when
only paid for one, skateboarders on nicollet mall, ticket scalpers. could
probably be used to catch people who don't properly dispose of hazardous
household materials such as motor oil. certainly could be used to catch people
who don't pick up after their dog does their business in parks.
