Corrected Fruit Salad Recipe (size of can added to recipe)

Fruit Salad 
1 large can of fruit cocktail (do not drain) (28 oz)
1 large can of pineapple chunks (drain) (14 oz)
2 small cans of mandarin oranges (drain) (7 oz)
1 large package of instant vanilla pudding I think the pudding is 6 oz
1 (8 oz) container of cool whip 

Sprinkle the instant pudding over fruit cocktail, stir until the 
pudding dissolves. Add pineapple chunks and oranges. Mix well. Fold 
in cool whip and chill before serving.

Broccoli Casserole 
1 (20 0z.) pkg. cut broccoli cooked and drained.

1-1/2 tablespoons butter
2-1/2 tablespoons flour 
1-1/2 cups milk.
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese , cut up. or American.
1 6 0z. stove top stuffing.

Melt butter in saucepan. add flour and stir good. add milk and 
thicken a little add cheese. pour into cooked broccoli. Put in a 
casserole dish. Make stove top stuffing according to package. spread 
on top of broccoli. Bake in 350 oven 30 min. I cover with foil for 
first 20 min. of baking. take foil off the last 10 min.
