One thing that really bugs me about their site is there is no customer 
account login to check status of pending orders.
That plus the fact that there is no communication about "order received" 
nor any info about tracking number.
I waited an entire 7 day week after charging it to my credit card and not a 
peep.   I canceled the order and opened a credit card dispute.
Not my first rodeo.   This is unacceptable.
