Well yes, you guys are correct in thinking that maybe I went a bit overboard. However I had started seeing multiple red flags and so decided to take it under control. It will all sort itself out eventually. The entire situation is now a very well defined one. There is no more doubt. No more red flags. When I do business, I have certain requirements. One of those requirements is clear-cut record keeping and documentation of a transaction. A proper e-commerce web site always has customer login, order number, shipping tracking number, date order was received, and order status. This particular one has none of those. Then there was a week of silence in which I was not given any clue about what was going on. So I took control of it.
