I ordered a DGM01 and it arrived in a couple of weeks as far as I can
remember, the tube is lovely. I am now working on a custom tube project
with the same manufacturer and so far have not had any comms issue though I
would agree that their web site does not give the impression of being much
of an e-commerce oriented thing at the moment. I note that they are using
ShopPay for payments but I guess that does not provide any tracking updates
etc. Perhaps it may at some future point.
I suspect that their skills and focus are mostly in the area of nixie tube
development for which I would give them much praise as that is where the
future is going to be for our hobby. I have tracked the general price trend
of nixies over just the last 8 years (as that is how long ago I developed
an interest) and it seems to continue to spiral skywards as demand
increases and supply, well, it's going to dry up some day!
I do hope that Inixielab (and anyone else doing the same) continue with
their development and make a commercial success of it (and get to the point
of having a real e-commerce site!).
