High drama. Caused by a failure to communicate. Of course I get
painted as the bad guy. It always happens that way.
I am used to it. However, fortunately, this only happens in way less than
1% of my transactions. To everyone reading this,
think what you will. I have done nothing wrong, given the nature of this
situation. It was caused by an unfortunate lack of proper
communication. Yes. I agree. The entire ordeal is OUTRAGEOUS. From
start to finish. Had I known it was going to turn out like this
I would have not touched it with a ten foot pole! Beautiful looking
tubes. Great looking web site. But no customer login nor order status
available.
Paypal does not work. Credit card only. Last I heard and understood
everything was ready. Then an entire 7 days of complete silence ensued
after the payment was made via credit card. Somehow when the money
showed up, then communication suddenly stopped.
But I am the bad guy who did something wrong. Gentlemen, is that not
high drama right there? I rest my case. -Chuck
