When I tried phoning the no. on the upgrade letter all I got was a
dead line. I read elsewhere about Eyetech and phoned them to confirm
it, so I'm sure it's true. I beleive Chris is still involved in
development.

I guess you're correct it's just a bit of a pain in the arse. Mind you
there are programs on the NC2 CD which aren't on the NC3 Cd what if I
need to reinstall them? Or are they available still on Active's web
site ? I've still got updates in my download directory but not sure if
these are full programs.
 Guess I should have upgraded earlier but at the time I had other
things on my mind.
With regard to getting discounts i've paid �80 for versions 1 and 2 
so I think I still deserve a good price on V3.
The people who bought NC1 late and received NC2 free (and still
moaned)  got on my nerves.
