I used the number from the magazine ad and was redirected. That gave

I agree. I'm in the same situation as you. I got an early NC1 and
stuck with it. The both of us are loyal customers and I think that we
have been treated in an offhand manner.

Chris' comments on Usenet about the crippling effects of piracy have a
very powerful ring in the light of recent events. Why he is posting to
Usenet and not here is beyond me though.
