Yer I am in the same situation were I own NC2 but want to upgrade 
to NC3. I dont see why I should have to hand NC2 back in because 
there are programs on it that I use (X-arc) that are not on NC3. I 
agree that selling an older version is not on but if you pay for net 
connect 2 surely that means it should be yours forever. Your then 
paying again to get the upgraded version so surely you should be 
entitled to own both.
