No, it was spelled out that until we have a really-ready release candidate, and the API's in libapr, libaprutil and libhttpd are stable, it's the RM's job to bump the MMN on each publicly released verison. Otherwise we would be bumping the MMN several times a week. That was the concensus of this list, at least last month. Bill
