Thanks Chris for the confirm. I wish the updated patch will resolve the Allen's
comment.
bq. Developers who run locally without Docker mode also have the option of
using --build-native=false as an escape hatch, though that's very
coarse-grained and would skip the native build entirely.
If needed, we can also enhance tools allowing to pass options like
{{-require.isal=false}} to control the fine-grained behaviour to only avoid
building the ISA-L path.
