No, Product Identity is *defined* in the license as being
the part which is closed. Rather, the user of the OGL can indicate
which of the possible Product Identity portions are, in fact, Product
Identity. Item #7 says:
: You agree not to Use any Product Identity, including as an
: indication as to compatibility, except as expressly licensed in
: another, independent Agreement with the owner of each element of
: that Product Identity.
