Ok,
Let me see if I have it all correct.

1) The OGL allows me to use WotC IP in my game with my rules.

2) The D20-OGL will allow me to create rules compatible with DnD using my
own IP

3) If I don't like those choices I can create my own IP and release it under
my own OGL.

4) WotC owns the current license and will own the D20 license but not the
foundation.

5) The only regulation on open content is it must remain open.

Did I miss anything?

P.S. If I have it right then I need to quote Chevy Chase "Iiii liike it!"
