cindy...thanks for your courthouse comments...

i honestly believe that a rehabilitation of the existing courthouse
could address accessibility issues...counters, doors, and other ada
issues have already been discussed by county officials when they have
been discussing courthouse options...my fear is that it just plain
sounds easier to build a new, compliant building than go to the
'trouble' of making the existing structure barrier-free...i say it
can be done and is worth the effort
