Anyone can do so, all you need is a wiki account. If you see a significant component as shown in the picture not named and listed below, add it. If you are not sure, put it at the bottom and someone will help out and check it for you. Print out the schematic and look at the picture on that page - you should able to identify how many pins connect where.
