Well, I don't think that this is too different from my observations. I do also believe that this is a huge part of that problem. But there are other projects which have a different mood on the lists. So the question remains, what could be done to get there? Not willing to be crude, but one might need to paint a clear line what is apropriate for this kind of support list and what is not.
