Well, the simplest way of disabling the positional tracking is just to 
physically cover the lens of the Oculus Camera. ;) 

I could make an option to disregard the positional information from the Oculus 
SDK. But since the new compositor framework introduced in Oculus SDK 0.6 the 
time-warp feature is enabled by default. So even if we don't use the positional 
information from the SDK, the positional information would be used in warping 
of the image (postional timewarp). So depending on how you overlay your video 
feed you may get strange juddering because of this feature.
