LoL.. then I think you misunderstood my original question. I'm moving from no trouble ticketing system... to OTRS.
So our emails are full of customers' emails etc... What I was looking for was a way to easily add a preconfigured customers' list to OTRS, instead of using the GUI to manually add one-by-one.
