  you never know.. i saw it on 22nd - i only looked for it then cause
  i heard about it a few days earlier.. it may have been around before.

  i have not signed the NDA's - so i guess me obtaining them does

  information is important to the developers.. not anyone else.

  do you know how nice it would have been to get information about 3.3
  before 3com released it? i did not hear anything until it was released.
  it would have been curteous to send an email to all the developers
  telling them of some possible problems.

  i guess you have not seen the 3.3 incompatability list.. luckily,
  my programs have not been affected.. but many many others have 
  :((

  the same deal happened with the IIIe.. we were the last to know.
  not good at all :(
