Someone is working on doing that.  I don't know when he'll be done, but it
shouldn't be long.  I gave him the cd this morning.

The content of the cd will soon be online.  The logistics of mailing CDs
out to thousands of folks would overwhelm the folks who are already plenty
busy running the pavilion registrations!
