CodeWarrior is ported to Linux, BeOS; >Bugs we've talked hundred times got fixed; >Thousands of college students join PalmOS; >Apps are developed and more devices sold; >Is this a win-win-win (3COM-devloper-users)? I think it would be GREAT. With the amount of effort people put into Palm development, I think we could have some REALLY good stuff happen with the IDE. Many of us have posted MANY problems to do with Code Warrior, that having access to it would help. I know there is gcc, but I kind of like the IDE approach. Or at the verY LEAST, give me some way to fix the damn debugger plug-in. This is the area where some open source would help, with so many eyeballs looking at it after hours of frustration trying to get it to work, would probably help it.
