Hello All,

I know that Apple made a male-female ADB cable. Has there ever been an ADB
female-female adapter offered?

The reason I ask is: I need a bit more reach for the mouse on my PM 9600 and
would just as soon go with an adapter that would allow me to utilize my
*existing* male-male cables rather than purchasing Yet Another Cable.

I've never seen such an adapter, but then, there's a lot I haven't seen. I
thought I'd check with you guys, first, before I started pestering the Swap
List.

I'm also curious as to what length restrictions might apply to ADB cables.
Can I link 3 of the 6-foot M/F cables together to allow me to use my mouse
from 18 feet away? Even farther? Just asking...

It's been suggested that I make use of S-video cables and adapters for my
needs. I'm sure there's a F/F adapter available in that context. I guess
I'm just so d*mned brand-conscious that I still want the ADB symbol, even on
such a piece of relatively insignificant gear. > : \
