No MSCONFIG for Win 2K or Win NT. However, some users have copied
MSCONFIG.EXE from Win 95/98 to the Windows folder in NT and run it from
there. Not everything works perfectly but a lot does.
Another method is to edit the startup items by using regedit and go to
hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run
