Ralph, you could always back up your data and reinstall win2k. Migrating
from office 2k to office 97 creates all kinds of snafu's on a system
especially with NT or 2k. I remember having to do this on NT stations when
down grading from 97 to 95, it just became easier than dealing with the
barrage of registry sweeps continually. Provided your firm keeps a desktop
win2k image that is. HTH
