In my case maybe because most of these faults (with the exception of the FA*
28-70/2.8) are really minor and of cosmetic nature. Anyway, they make you wonder about
quality and quality control. The fact this problem still occur on brand new lenses
makes you wonder even more. Of course, most of the FA* lenses are very fine optics
indeed. However, it makes you wonder...
