Smoked ham and gratin is very popular and a classic Christmas menu in
Switzerland too.

Who has a white Christmas this year, it's sunny, green and around 9 degrees
here during the day....

I'm still waiting for the first snow in Zurich to take a Panorama shot from
the house mountain "Uetliberg" over the city and lake of Zurich.
Still with film and the Pentax SFXn, the K10D has not arrived in Switzerland
yet.
...
greetings
Markus

Christmas doesn't have as solid a traditional menu as Thanksgiving.
But if there's a single most popular menu, it's probably a smoked
ham. That's what we usually have, along with au gratin potatoes
(sliced baked potatoes with a cheese and cream sauce)
