It's seen amateur radio equipment look positively syrup like on the inside, but these items were years, if not decades, old. It's what the word 'yuck' was designed for. But surely today where smoking is banned in most workplaces, I would have thought that to get that or any sort of accumulation within a warranty period is tough going. Where do you stop on warranty disclaimers - sorry, you've been using it and therefore the warranty is void?
