My comments are related to this isolated anecdotal experience. When
every thing's going well individuals usually exhibit good behavior.
It's when there's a crisis, or something out of the norm, then how one
behaves shows one's true character, e.g., we're most in need of
patience when our patience is being tried.

In this discrepancy, between what was advertised, paid for, and
shipped, B&H was clearly at fault. Their website should not have
listed the item as a pair. At that point, when the B&H rep was made
aware of the problem, they had the choice of siding in favor of
themselves or siding in favor of the customer. They chose themselves,
likely illegally.

One has the right and expectation that ALL business transactions go
smoothly without incident. B&H deserves no great amount of praise
because 99% of the time they did simply as they should have done. To
do otherwise would be fraudulent.

It's when there's a problem, that their behavior is of greater
importance, to me at least.
