I've not personally had a problem with them either. I think we're talking about the principle of what happened with this individual. Since B&H IS is such a huge reseller, then honoring their contract for a second measely $250 speaker should not be an insurmountable problem for them.
I typically go to them because they have the widest selection. If I can find an item for less than B&H through a well known site, I'll go that route, because I don't often see B&H having the best prices. Granted lots of those consumer complaints are unjustified or B&H has equitably resolved. However I would be just a irritated as the customer in question, who was SOLD a pair of speakers, but only received ONE.
